Details

This West Yellowstone Photo Adventure is only open to you and 7 other people. We have partnered with one of Jackson Hole’s finest adventure outfitters to provide you with the ultimate photo experience in¬†Montana/Wyoming this coming winter. Yellowstone is one of Jay’s favorite photo destinations.

We begin our West Yellowstone Photo Adventure by whisking you away via private snowcoach for the first of 3 all-day trips into the spectacular winter Yellowstone backcountry. Each morning we will choose the best possible destinations based on weather and photo subjects the group is looking to capture.

This photo adventure includes 4 nights of accommodations in West Yellowstone, Montana. We are also including group dinners every night at a different one of Jay’s favorite West Yellowstone restaurants.

The photographic opportunities matched with amazing food, guarantees that our West Yellowstone Photo Adventure is a once-in-a-lifetime photographic experience.

Photography Instruction

Jay will offer up shooting advice during each photo situation, but will leave you alone to shoot unless you specifically need and ask for advice. He will also look at and critique your images, both on a group and/or individual basis if people request it. That also goes for any software/processing questions you have as well.

Our Photo Mission

We leave no photographic stone unturned for this trip. We stop to photograph every promising wildlife scenario and every potential landscape photo. Our goal is to maximize your shooting experience every day that you are with us. Previous years have provided us with photos of wolves, coyotes, foxes, river otters, beavers, swans, bison, grizzly bears, eagles, and hundreds of unique winter landscapes.

Photos from 2020

While we could include photos from the previous 4 years of conducting this tour, we feel that no year is truly the same. Jay feels that continuously showing you the best of the best is a bit of a lie from the photo adventure standpoint. With this thought in mind, here is what we discovered on our 2020 tour.
